Community Impact & Sponsored Organizations

As a cornerstone of London’s legal community, the Middlesex Law Association is committed not only to serving our members but also to strengthening the broader community we’re part of. Through annual sponsorships and ongoing support, we partner with organizations that advance access to justice, support public legal education, and meet critical community needs. These partnerships reflect our belief that the legal profession plays a vital role beyond the courtroom—supporting future generations, fighting poverty, and empowering local residents through education and advocacy.

London Lawyers Feed the Hungry

We proudly support hunger relief in the London and Middlesex region through contributions to the London Lawyers Feed the Hungry program. This long-standing initiative helps provide nutritious meals to those in need and is supported by many in the local legal community. Through our program Courthouse Rocks, we have donated over $500,000 since 2003. Link Here

“Fighting hunger is a shared responsibility. Our support of this program reinforces our commitment to dignity, equity, and community resilience.”

OBA/OJEN Competitive Mock Trials – Middlesex Region

We sponsor local high school students participating in the annual OBA/OJEN competitive mock trials. This initiative helps students understand the Canadian justice system, develop advocacy skills, and explore legal careers—all while building future legal capacity in our community. Link Here

“By supporting youth-led legal education, we are investing in the next generation of advocates, thinkers, and community leaders.”
