MLA Submission Re: Bonkalo Report

The MLA is preparing a submission to the Law Society to address the recommendation in the Family Legal Services Review (the “Bonkalo Report”) that paralegals’ scope of practice be expanded to include certain family law matters. We are circulating the draft letter below to the MLA membership in order to solicit feedback prior to submitting the letter to the Law Society.
